Macmillan 10K

A packed programme of more than 20 literary events is being presented by Hertfordshire Libraries throughout March and April.

Calling all cricketers

Ivanhoe Cricket Club

Ivanhoe Cricket Club is on the lookout for cricketing talent for the upcoming 2014 season. 

Ivanhoe play friendly cricket in a beautiful, rural setting at the Royal Veterinary College in Hatfield.

Winter nets are now on every Wednesday at the Herts Sports Village (9pm) and all are welcome. Find out more.

The new site will still have all the great features of our old site, but we'll be bringing you much more over the coming months. So keep watching!

St Albans Music City

St Albans MusicCity

March is music month in St Albans and headlining is St Albans MusicCity, a week-long festival which will turn St Albans into one big music venue. This year's MusicCity features an exhibition celebrating the history of The Pioneer Club and a number of associated special events. In addition you can also enjoy music workshops, street parties,open mic nights and gigs at different locations around the City.

Sandridge 900 - March to Nov 2014

Sandridge is 900 years old this year and it doesn't look a day older than 850! To celebrate this venerable age the residents are planning a year-long series of events and celebrations starting this month. Highlights will include battle re-enactments, a midsummer Gala plus concerts, an exhibition and much more.
